TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Online Diagnos website (onlinediagnos.in), mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Patient", "Customer") and Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "Company"), the registered owner of the Online Diagnos brand.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using our services.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. ABOUT ONLINE DIAGNOS AND MEDPATH DIAGNOSTICS

2.1 Role of Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd (Online Diagnos)
Online Diagnos is a digital health platform that facilitates the booking of diagnostic tests, coordination of home sample collection, and digital delivery of lab reports. We are a technology intermediary and do not operate any laboratory, process any biological samples, or provide any medical advice.

2.2 Role of MedPath Diagnostics Pvt Ltd
All diagnostic tests ordered through Online Diagnos are processed exclusively by our laboratory partner, MedPath Diagnostics Pvt Ltd ("MedPath"). MedPath is a NABL-accredited diagnostic laboratory solely responsible for:

- Physical collection of samples (via their certified phlebotomists)
- Processing, testing, and analysis of all biological samples
- Generation and accuracy of all diagnostic reports and results
- Quality control and laboratory standards compliance

By placing an order on Online Diagnos, you acknowledge that the actual diagnostic service is rendered by MedPath Diagnostics, and that MedPath bears full responsibility for all aspects of sample handling and test results.

2.3 No Medical Advice
Neither Online Diagnos nor Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd provides medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All reports and results should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before making any health decisions based on your test results.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders on Online Diagnos. If you are booking tests for a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian and you accept full responsibility for all consents and decisions on their behalf.

3.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account and placing orders. Providing false or misleading information — including incorrect patient name, age, contact details, or address — may result in incorrect test results, failed sample collection, or suspension of your account.

3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@onlinediagnos.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual should maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or discounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

4. BOOKING AND APPOINTMENT TERMS

4.1 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. Placement of an order does not guarantee availability until confirmed.

4.2 Sample Collection Slots
Home sample collection is available between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM daily, subject to phlebotomist availability in your area. Slot timings displayed on our platform are indicative; actual collection time may vary by up to 60 minutes.

4.3 Patient Preparation
You are responsible for following all pre-test preparation instructions provided at the time of booking (such as fasting requirements, medication restrictions, or sample type guidelines). Online Diagnos and MedPath are not liable for invalid or unusable samples resulting from failure to follow preparation instructions.

4.4 Presence at Collection
A responsible adult must be present at the registered address at the time of collection. If no one is available at the scheduled time, the appointment may be marked as a failed attempt. Rescheduling charges may apply as per the policy in Section 7.

4.5 Service Area
Home collection services are currently available only in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. It is your responsibility to verify service availability at your address before placing an order. Orders placed for addresses outside our service area will be cancelled and fully refunded.

4.6 Right to Refuse Service
MedPath's phlebotomist reserves the right to refuse sample collection if the patient's condition appears medically unsuitable for the requested test, or if the collection environment is unsafe or unhygienic.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

5.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on onlinediagnos.in are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices reflect a discount off the standard MRP and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is the price you pay.

5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through our authorised payment gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree). Cash on delivery is not available.

5.3 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed by our payment gateway partners. Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd does not store any card, bank account, or UPI credentials. Your financial data is protected under the security standards of the respective payment gateway.

5.4 Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will typically be reversed within 5–7 business days by your bank. Contact us at support@onlinediagnos.in if the refund is not received within this period.

5.5 Invoices
A digital payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address following a successful booking. GST invoices are available on request.

6. REPORTS AND RESULTS

6.1 Report Delivery
Diagnostic reports are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and email to the contact details registered at the time of booking. Standard report turnaround times are displayed on each product page and are indicative, not guaranteed.

6.2 Report Accuracy
All test reports are generated by MedPath Diagnostics. While MedPath follows rigorous quality control standards, no diagnostic test is 100% accurate. Report accuracy depends on factors including correct sample collection, patient preparation, and the inherent limitations of diagnostic technology.

6.3 Report Interpretation
Lab reports are intended for use by qualified medical professionals and should not be self-interpreted. Online Diagnos and MedPath are not liable for any decisions made based on self-interpretation of diagnostic results without medical consultation.

6.4 Repeat Tests
If you believe a test result is inaccurate, you may request a repeat test by contacting us within 7 days of report delivery. Repeat tests are subject to MedPath's quality review process and may be offered complimentarily or at a reduced cost at our discretion.

6.5 Report Retention
Digital copies of your reports are accessible through your Online Diagnos account for up to 7 years from the date of report generation.

6.6 Third-Party Sharing
Reports will only be shared with the patient or the account holder who placed the booking. We will not share your reports with third parties (including family members) without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

7.1 Cancellation by Customer

- Cancellation more than 2 hours before scheduled slot: Full refund within 5–7 business days
- Cancellation within 2 hours of scheduled slot: 25% cancellation fee applicable
- Cancellation after phlebotomist has departed for collection: 50% fee applicable
- No-show (patient not available at time of collection): No refund

7.2 Rescheduling by Customer
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled slot by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 73861 08108) or email. Rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour before the slot are subject to availability and may incur a convenience fee of ₹50.

7.3 Cancellation by Online Diagnos / MedPath
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the following circumstances:
- Service is unavailable in your area on the requested date
- The requested test is temporarily unavailable
- Natural calamity, public emergency, or force majeure event
- Fraudulent or suspicious booking activity

In all such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

7.4 Refund Processing
All refunds are credited to the original payment method. We do not issue cash refunds. UPI and wallet refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours; card refunds within 5–7 business days.

8. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES

8.1 Validity
All promotional offers, discount codes, and cashback offers are valid for a specified period only. Expired codes will not be honoured.

8.2 One Code Per Order
Only one promotional or discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.3 Non-Transferable
Promotional codes are non-transferable and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes.

8.4 Abuse of Offers
Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts, bulk ordering with intent to cancel, or using codes in unauthorised ways — will result in immediate order cancellation, code invalidation, and account suspension without refund.

8.5 Right to Withdraw
Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Ownership
All content on the Online Diagnos platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product descriptions, UI design, and software — is the exclusive property of Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd or its content licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restricted Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without prior written permission from Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd.

9.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by us freely without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Platform Limitation
Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd is a technology intermediary and is not liable for any act, omission, error, or negligence on the part of MedPath Diagnostics Pvt Ltd in the collection, processing, or reporting of diagnostic tests.

10.2 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific order in dispute.

10.3 No Liability For
We shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect results due to patient's failure to follow preparation instructions
- Delays in report delivery due to technical issues at MedPath's laboratory
- Health decisions made by the user based on test results without medical consultation
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

10.4 Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or civil unrest.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Online Diagnos platform to:

- Provide false patient information or impersonate another person
- Place fraudulent orders or exploit refund/cancellation policies dishonestly
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our platform
- Post or share inappropriate, defamatory, or unlawful content
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our platform's operation
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action where warranted.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12.3 Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at support@onlinediagnos.in. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt.

12.4 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), including your right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

13. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

Ragso Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made:

- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised
- Registered users will be notified by email or prominent website notice
- A 15-day notice period will be provided for significant changes

Continued use of our platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using our services and may request account deletion.
