REFUND POLICY

Our Policy

At Online Diagnos, all diagnostic tests are performed on biological samples collected from patients and processed immediately at our NABL-accredited laboratory partner, MedPath Diagnostics Pvt Ltd. Due to the nature of diagnostic testing — where samples are consumed during the testing process and results are generated instantly — we do not offer refunds once a sample has been collected and sent for processing.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Diagnostic tests involve irreversible biological processes. Once your sample is collected by our certified phlebotomist and dispatched to the laboratory, the testing process begins immediately. The sample cannot be returned, reused, or unused. For this reason, completed tests are non-refundable.

When a Refund May Be Considered

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy on completed tests, we will consider a full refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Your appointment was confirmed but our phlebotomist failed to arrive within the scheduled slot through no fault of yours
You cancelled your booking more than 2 hours before your scheduled collection time
The test you booked is not available in your area and we are unable to fulfil the order
A duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours at support@onlinediagnos.in or +91 73861 08108 and we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

No Refund For

Dissatisfaction with test results or report values
Results that differ from a previous test done elsewhere
Failure to follow fasting or preparation instructions leading to an invalid sample
Change of mind after sample collection
Delay in report delivery within the stated turnaround time
