Once your booking order is accepted, a trained Phlebotomists (Sample Collector) will be assigned to visit you for sample collection on your chosen date and time-slot at pickup address. Phlebotomist may also take other vitals if suggested in the pre diagnosis.
Once the results are processed by our Partner Lab, we will verify the results and a smart report will be shared with you.
You can view or download your reports from Website > My account option and Mobile app > Orders detail.
